Demo Casanova is an American born, international life strategist and peak performance coach, who went from life as a teenage gang member growing up on the streets of Miami, to becoming, at age 26, one of the most sought after recording/mixing engineers in the music industry.
Having garnered insights working with superstar artists such as Madonna, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, and Jamie Foxx, Demo speaks about what traits are necessary to cultivate high performance habits and mindsets. Living through teenage years surrounded by drugs, violence, and tragic deaths, Demo shares candidly about overcoming adversity, the power of persistence, and the importance of having clearly defined outcomes.
As a recording/mixing engineer and producer, Demo has been credited on over 50 million records sold, has consulted on music award shows including the Grammys and Billboard Music Awards. He has received numerous Grammy nominations, has won a Latin Grammy Award, and helped produce Madonna’s Emmy nominated half time Superbowl show.
As a peak performance coach focusing on mindset and communication strategies Demo is a certified Jack Canfield Methodology Trainer, a Platinum Speaker mentored by Les Brown, a Master Level Hypnotist trained by Mike Mandel, and NLP Master Practitioner (having trained with both Richard Bandler and John Grinder) and is also mentored by the living legend himself Bob Proctor.
In addition to working as a keynote speaker and strategic performance consultant, he is also the co-founder and chairman of FEEL GOOD NOW, an organization committed to raising human consciousness. He also contributes as a mentor and a regular lecturer at Full Sail University and other educational institutions.
In his spare time he enjoys high altitude mountaineering, and working with rural communities to create sustainable environments.
